Choose an entry time when booking; meet your host near the Eiffel Tower a half hour prior to your scheduled time.

With your group, stroll the short distance to one of the world's busiest monuments. Bypass the long lines and head straight for the elevators, enjoying speedy and stress-free access to the second floor. Nice and Quick Tour

The tour guide was friendly and informative. He moved fast however and you can easily be left behind. It’s easy to not hear what he says since we were a fairly large group. The tickets were a good way to skip the line to the top of the tower. However, the tour guide is only until the 2nd floor of the eiffel and you are left to go to the top by yourself. The plus side is though, that you can spend as much time in the eiffel after the short tour.

I enjoyed several aspects of this experience. Looking out on the champagne/viewing deck. Especially as this was approaching sunset. Also the decent to level two in the elevator. Had I not had other commitments, I would have loved to watch sunset and stay into the night for the coloured lights.

The guide was good fun and explained everything well and made sure he had the group together. The only reason I dropped one star was that it was expensive. However, being scared of heights, it was the best way for me to do it. A glass of champagne at the top was very welcome!

I was so upset! It was my dream to go to the top and see the view from the summit of the Eiffel Tower but I was not able to. I was at a lunch at Eiffel Tower At the restaurant and then was expected to come down from tower and meet at meeting point to get tickets even though I had voucher. It was such an inconvenience and no one was able to help me! I was extremely upset and I’d like my money back. This was too confusing and people were very unfriendly.

Was late due to metro train delays and tried calling customer service who first could not understand anything in english and then said they would call back which they never did. We missed the tour when we reached and lost £300 paid for the summit tickets. Was asked to pay again for 4 tickets to 2nd floor. They must've sold our tickets to someone else !

We were delighted with our tour and with our guide. We were a small group, and we walked over to the Eiffel tower and got a wonderful view with explanations of the history of the tower, and how it affected the local people. We had passes to go to the top level, and, the views were amazing. We took a tour around eight in the evening and we were very fortunate the skies were clear. It was definitely a trip that we will always remember.

The Eiffel tower itself is wonderful. However, there was no real skipping of the line and the tour guide assigned to us was terrible, and had no information to impart. When we asked questions, he did not know the answers. He was very friendly, just not suited for the job of tour guide. After the trip, they talked us into a boat trip along the seine that was horrible. I couldn’t see anything and the tour guy just mumbled into the microphone, so no information was imparted. I should have taken my €30 and thrown them into the water instead

Was great not to have to stand in the long line up to wait to get in. Our guide was amazing and told us lots of great things we didn't know. This was our second time at the Eiffel Tower. The first time we waited for almost 2 hours to get in. Definitely recommend this way to do it!!

A lot of money for a deceptive tour. The was no initial line to skip. But waiting for security was ridiculously long and the wait to get out was just as bad. Meeting point strangely far away from the tower. Not a worthwhile, or economical experience.
